Operations Improvement & Excellence Leaders training course had held in JODDB Industrial Park by JODDB operation department, the course aims to train on the systems, methods and tools of operational excellence and continuous improvement by applying KAIZEN approach, Lean Manufacturing, the suggestion system and continuous improvement on production lines.
